More Than a Workspace — A Community
Since 2017, Rabbit Hole Studios has grown from a home recording studio into one of Athens, Georgia’s most unique creative hubs. Tucked away at 1001 Winterville Road, we are part coworking space, part maker space, part recording studio, and part community center — a place where artists, musicians, makers and entrepreneurs come together to build, create and connect.
Our mission is simple: to provide affordable incubation and workspace for the creative class. We believe great ideas should not be held back by the high cost of studio time, rehearsal space, or a place to work — so we built a home for all of it under one roof.
Where Creatives Connect
Community is at the heart of everything we do. Throughout the week our space comes alive with gatherings that bring neighbors and newcomers together — from song circles and drum circles to guided meditation and karaoke skate nights. These events are open to the Athens community and reflect what Rabbit Hole is really about: people making things together.
Whether you are a UGA student looking for a place to record your first EP, a local maker prototyping a product, or a remote worker who wants to escape the home office, you will find your people here.

Athens has always been a town that punches above its weight creatively, and we are proud to be part of that legacy. Our location on Winterville Road gives members easy access from across the Athens-Clarke County area, with plenty of room to spread out, make noise, and get to work.
