Office tenants and coworking space members are required to pay a nonrefundable $50 setup & application fee and pass a background check. Sexual offenders or felons with a history of violence on their record can not be accepted at this time. Other offenses on your record will be considered by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to let us know what is on your record prior to applying to see if the Board of Directors will approve, you can email us here first. After the Board accepts your application, we will reach out to you to schedule your move-in date and set up your access credentials. Code of conduct violations and potential evictions are also handled by the Crisis Team composed of the Board and whomever they may wish to add to the team depending on the case and who is involved.
