Rabbit Hole Studios is cooperative warehouse shared by a collective of local musicians, artists, craftsmen and entrepreneurs. We have private studios for rent starting at $200/month with all utilities included. Our team of musicians and audio/visual engineers are here to help you experience the joys of art and music. Subscription Access
Our co-op art and music studio is like a YMCA for artists. For a low monthly fee of $33.33/month, get noon-midnight access to our collection of exotic instruments and percussion as well as paint supplies and tools for art creation, all located in a big, comfortable warehouse with a library of mystical literature.
WiFi, kitchenette and bathroom access are included with your subscription. Come to relax, socialize, collaborate and jam with other artists in the local community. We also have recording services available for $30/hr or a soundproof studio for rent with all the fancy microphones you may need for DIY production for only $15/hr. Tea and snacks are also free for subscribers as well as a buddy pass (1 free guest per person). Studio is under 24/7 video surveillance and each guest receives a code to unlock the door. Guests are asked to replace broken strings or instruments within reason as well as refrain from any sort of drug or alcohol usage. Guests may play electric instruments but only small amplifiers are allowed during business hours so that all participants are on a level playing field where acoustic instruments can be heard and so we can continue our on-site recording services without disruption. Guests may also purchase a day pass for their friends to join them if more than +1 for only $5 per day. We ask you to leave everything like you found it and to hang up instruments on the wall. Be sure to sign our Liability Waiver and understand all the rules and expectations for participation in this open studio program.
